BEST EQUIPMENT TO USE

Viewing the courses works best on a computer. You may have issues if you view the courses on a mobile device, laptop, iPad, etc. If having issues when using these devices try using your computer.

TROUBLE WITH BUFFERING

Clear the cache on your internet browser and ensure that the browser is up to date.

Google Chrome

  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner below the X.
  • Go down to history, then click on history
  • Click on Clear Browsing Data
  • Click on Clear Browsing Data

Exit Chrome by clicking on the 3 dots in the top right corner below the X and clicking on EXIT

Use a private network (ex: home) as opposed to a public network (ex: school, work).

Make sure that Flash is installed + updated, and that no Firewall is preventing the video from properly loading.

  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner below the X.
  • Click on Settings
  • In the Search settings box type Flash
  • Scroll down and click on Content settings
  • Click on Flash
  • Make sure Allow sites to run Flash is chosen (dot on right is blue)
  • Make sure Ask first is not chosen (dot on right is white)

If the issue still persists, try to use a different internet browser.
